Included in the license cost is a one-year maintenance agreement that covers the following:
- Free access to all updates, including major revisions (e.g.: from v12.x to v13.x).
- Free technical support by e-mail.
- Highest priority solving for reported software errors (bug fixes).
This maintenance agreement can be renewed annually.
Software maintenance is optional and you're free to choose not to continue the maintenance program. If you do not renew the maintenance, your license(s) will continue to work as normal, but you may not be able to install and use the latest updates.
